I practice acupuncture, herbal therapy, and cupping using an anti-oppressive foundation. I believe that only through non-judgement can one really listen to the body, mind and spirit of each person in order to facilitate change. You will be seen and heard no matter where you are coming from or what you are experiencing. We are all on this wild ride together. 

I believe that acupuncture, cupping and herbal medicine are helpful and effective treatments in supporting health by transforming mental emotional states, supporting organ function and health and the body's ability to achieve homeostasis.
